If the CVR register cannot be reached, it answers unavailable, where a clean result would otherwise stand. An enquiry becomes a client only once the check is cleared.

Before scoring, 62 noise words come off: legal forms and industry words. Pandora A/S and Pandora compare as the same party. Matching uses a token set, trigrams and containment, so word order, a typo and a name sitting inside a longer name still surface. A near match is shown to a person. It does not disappear.

When the CVR register cannot be reached, the relation scan stands as unavailable. Ownership, board and management were not searched. Levano shows a warning that the result is incomplete: run the check again, or look at the relations by hand. Hits from the lookups that did succeed are still shown, with the gap stated. The name check keeps running. It is the relations that are missing.

The party register
The parties, before they are clients.
Companies and people sit in the register, including when you have no engagement. From there come the owners and the signing rule from the CVR register, and the accounts from the filed XBRL, where the lines exist. A line that was not filed stays blank. It does not become zero. Suggestions for owners and roles are written in only when you accept them.

An enquiry becomes a client only when the latest conflict check on that party is cleared, or a waiver is on file with its reasoning and an approver. Moving the stage to won is not a way around it. The button goes through the same lock. A newer check that finds a conflict outweighs an older clearance.

A cleared check, or a waiver with its reasoning and an approver. Without that, the enquiry does not become a client.
