Mail and calendar, both ways.
Levano is compatible with Microsoft 365. The Outlook mailbox and calendar sync with the matter, both ways, through Microsoft Graph. Gmail and Google Calendar do the same through Google's own APIs. Levano does not open inside Word, Outlook or Teams.
The lawyer connects their own account. Microsoft login for Outlook. Google login for Gmail and Google Calendar.

So it is visible where something is written, and where it is only read.
In September 2026, three Outlook connections and three Google connections were running in production.

Mail is read onto the matter, and replies are sent from the lawyer's own Outlook, through Microsoft Graph.

How it connects

Connect the account
The lawyer signs in with Microsoft or Google and approves mailbox and calendar. It is the lawyer's own account, not a shared mailbox at Levano.
- 02
The matter receives the mail and the events
A job fetches both every 15 minutes. Outlook can also notify Levano when the mailbox changes. It can take up to a quarter of an hour from the mail arriving until it is on the matter.

Replies and new events go back
A reply is sent from the same Outlook or Gmail. An event created in Levano is written to the same calendar.

What the connection does not do.
We write it here, so it can be read before the contract.

Levano is compatible with Microsoft 365. Levano does not open inside Word, Outlook or Teams.

Add-ins for Word and Outlook are on the way, with a target date of 21 October 2026. They are not part of the connection today.

Mail and calendar update every 15 minutes. Outlook can notify Levano when the mailbox changes. The update is not in the same second the mail arrives.

The connection covers the lawyer's mailbox and calendar. Not files in Microsoft 365, not Teams, not Google Drive and not Docs.
