IntegrationsBank and reconciliation
Running
The statement, on the matter.
Statements are fetched through Yapily, with the firm's consent. Incoming payments on the business account are matched on invoice number and client name. Client accounts are reconciled on their own.
The firm chooses the bank at Yapily and approves the consent in the online bank. Levano does not see the login.
What moves
The direction is on every line.
So it is visible where something is written, and where it is only read.
In September 2026, three banks, five accounts and 485 transactions were in production.
Accounts and balance
The accounts the firm chooses at consent, with a role as business account or client account. The balance is read with them.
From the bank to LevanoTransactions
The statement is fetched once an hour. The window overlaps by a week, so a transaction the bank books late still arrives. Nothing is written back.
From the bank to Levano
What is not in the table, the connection does not touch.
How it connects
The sequence.
- 01
Give consent at the bank
The firm chooses the bank at Yapily and approves it in the online bank. Levano does not see the login, and this page does not show the bank's logo.
- 02
Accounts and transactions are fetched
Business account and client account are kept apart. The fetch runs once an hour. The first one goes back 90 days.
- 03
The incoming payment finds the invoice
On the business account, a suggestion requires the invoice number to be in the text. The client name counts and is not enough on its own. The client account is reconciled against the statement and against the clients' entries.
Caveat
What the connection does not do.
We write it here, so it can be read before the contract.
- 01
The connection fetches accounts, balances and transactions. It does not start payments.
- 02
Consent expires. The default is 90 days. Without a renewal, fetching stops.
- 03
Transactions are fetched once an hour, with a week's overlap, because banks book late. Nothing is written back to the bank.
- 04
A suggestion on an incoming payment requires the invoice number to be in the text. The client name counts and is not enough on its own. The amount alone is not enough either. This applies to the business account.
- 05
The client account is reconciled on its own, against the statement and against the clients' entries. The firm's money and the clients' money are not mixed.
Why something is not listed.
The bank's name and logo do not belong on the page. Yapily is the intermediary.
- 01
We do not write the banks' names, and we do not show their logos. The firm chooses the bank when consent is given.
- 02
A list of banks would be Yapily's catalogue, not Levano's. It changes, and it is not listed here.
