Where do the time suggestions come from?

Levano looks at your calendar, your sent email and the documents you've worked in, and suggests an entry with duration and case. Every suggestion shows its source, so you can approve, adjust or dismiss. Nothing is logged without your click.

Can I bill on account, at a fixed fee and for legal aid?

Yes. On-account billing builds on the case's WIP, fixed fees follow your agreement, and the legal aid statement is ready for the authorities. All three run in the same flow, with VAT calculated and the invoice in your own design.

Do the invoices sync to our accounting system?

Yes. An invoice generated in Levano becomes a voucher in your accounts, so you avoid double entry. We connect to e-conomic, Billy, Uniconta and Business Central, and client-account reconciliation runs automatically.

What about reminders?

Levano sends the reminders for you. First reminder, second reminder and collection notice run as flows in your own wording, so you keep the relationship. If it becomes necessary, the case escalates to debt collection.

Does the client see the invoice in the portal?

Yes. The invoice lands in the client's portal and inbox at the same time, and payment is one click. That means fewer reminders and more invoices paid on time.
