The application process

What the process looks like.

  1. 01

    Application

    A short cover letter (one page is fine) and your CV. Tell us why you, not why us.

  2. 02

    Screening call

    30 minutes with Younes or the hiring manager. We align on expectations, role and timeline.

  3. 03

    Tech or case

    Depends on the role: a coding task, a design test or a sales roleplay. Always realistic, never free work.

  4. 04

    Team interview

    One hour with 2-3 from the team. You meet the people you'll work closely with.

  5. 05

    Founders conversation

    One hour with Tobias and Victor. Direction, ambition and how your role fits what we're building.

  6. 06

    References and offer

    We check a couple of references and send a concrete offer with salary, terms and start date.

Typically 2-3 weeks from application to offer.
